Bagaimana membentuk Present Perfect Progressive?
Present Perfect Progressive dibentuk menggunakan have / has + been + verb-ing.
Rumus dasar:
have / has + been + verb + ing
Keterangan:
- has → untuk 3rd person singular (he, she, it)
- have → untuk *I, you, we, they
Example:
She has been studying all day.
They have been working since morning.
1. Kalimat positif (Affirmative sentences)
I have been playing with a ball.
You have been playing with a ball.
He has been playing with a ball.
She has been playing with a ball.
It has been playing with a ball.
We have been playing with a ball.
You have been playing with a ball.
They have been playing with a ball.
Catatan:
Kita menggunakan has untuk he, she, it.
2. Kalimat negatif (Negative sentences)
Kalimat negatif dibuat dengan menambahkan not setelah have / has.
Rumus:
have / has + not + been + verb + ing
Example:
I have not been playing with a ball.
You have not been playing with a ball.
He has not been playing with a ball.
She has not been playing with a ball.
It has not been playing with a ball.
We have not been playing with a ball.
You have not been playing with a ball.
They have not been playing with a ball.
Catatan:
Untuk he, she, it kita menggunakan has not.
3. Kalimat tanya (Questions)
Untuk membuat pertanyaan, have / has diletakkan di awal kalimat.
Rumus:
have / has + subject + been + verb + ing ?
Example:
Have I been playing with a ball?
Have you been playing with a ball?
Has he been playing with a ball?
Has she been playing with a ball?
Has it been playing with a ball?
Have we been playing with a ball?
