Past Progressive atau Past Continuous digunakan untuk menyatakan aksi yang sedang berlangsung pada waktu tertentu di masa lalu. Tense ini dibentuk menggunakan verb “to be” dalam bentuk lampau (was / were) diikuti verb + -ing.

1. Kalimat Positif (Affirmative Sentences)
Kalimat positif digunakan untuk menyatakan bahwa suatu aktivitas sedang berlangsung di masa lalu.
